About The Position

Premium Merchant Funding (PMF) is seeking a Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter to join their team. This role is responsible for owning the full recruiting lifecycle for a dedicated group of sales teams, including sourcing candidates, conducting screens and interviews, and managing the hiring process to completion. The recruiter will work closely with team leaders to understand their needs and build a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates. This is a high-volume, high-energy role that requires confidence in selling the company's opportunity, as the sales representative positions are commission-only.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and pipeline management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Workable preferred)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution ability
  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Sales or financial services experience is a plus
