About The Position

We are seeking a disciplined, high-performing Full Cycle Accountant who takes pride in maintaining flawless financial records and efficient systems. This role is crucial for our financial integrity, requiring a Process Architect who builds and refines systems, is results-oriented with a focus on strict deadlines and perfect month-end closes, and is radically accountable for owning the numbers from entry to final statement. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with a deep understanding of GAAP and the ability to navigate complex financial reconciliations, understanding that timing is everything in finance. Requirements

3+ years of experience managing the 'Full Cycle' of accounting (from AP/AR through Financial Reporting)
2+ years of experience using QuickBooks Online
Ability to be comfortable working under tight deadlines to ensure processes and procedures are completed on time
Deep understanding of GAAP
Mental toughness to navigate complex financial reconciliations

Responsibilities

Maintain and oversee the entire General Ledger, ensuring every transaction is coded with total accuracy.
Hands-on management of AP, AR, payroll, and tax filings to ensure a seamless operational flow.
Generate high-level P&L, Balance Sheets, and Statement of Cash Flows for executive review.
Maintain impeccable records and internal controls, ensuring the company is always prepared for year-end reviews or audits.
Continuously improve the speed and accuracy of the month-end close process.
Work with the leadership team to track performance metrics and manage operational budgets across all locations.
