A Financial Accountant is responsible for applying and interpreting financial and accounting principles. Key to success in this role are the ability to deliver accurate, timely information to support business decisions and to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive data. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with preference to Finance or Accounting, 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Experience in consolidation and reporting
  • Advanced software experience (Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems)
  • Possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team

  • Delivering accurate, timely information to support business decisions
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive data
  • Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets related to financial activity and reporting
  • Providing support and serving as a point of contact for intercompany transactions
