About The Position

Tag Systems USA is seeking a Bilingual Fulfillment Lead to oversee manual packaging and fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for a natural leader who enjoys organizing teams, ensuring smooth production, and maintaining high quality standards. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, production, fulfillment, warehouse, or a similar environment preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience coaching, motivating, and supporting team members
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently while leading a team
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in secure manufacturing, fulfillment, printing, mailing, or production environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support fulfillment team members throughout the shift
• Oversee daily manual packaging operations and maintain an efficient production workflow
• Assign work and balance workloads to maximize productivity
• Monitor production progress and quickly resolve workflow issues or bottlenecks
• Receive, verify, organize, and stage incoming work from production
• Ensure jobs are processed accurately and completed according to customer specifications
• Perform routine quality checks throughout production to verify packaging accuracy
• Ensure proper card-to-carrier matching, inserts, labeling, and shipping methods
• Verify shipping labels and carrier requirements, including FedEx, DHL, and other approved carriers
• Prioritize work based on shipping deadlines, production schedules, and customer requirements
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and communicate supply needs
• Document production status, quality concerns, and workflow updates
• Partner with Quality Control, Production, and Operations to resolve issues and improve processes
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company security and quality standards
