Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
Nice To Haves
- Basic computer skills are a plus, but not required
- Experience in warehouse, production, assembly, packaging, mailing, or machine operation is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Assemble credit card mailers according to production specifications
- Build packaging boxes and prepare materials for production
- Insert cards and required materials into mailers
- Print and apply shipping and product labels
- Perform quality inspections to verify accuracy and completeness
- Identify and report any printing or packaging discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
- Follow all company safety, security, and quality procedures
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional accuracy
