About The Position

This role involves working with Operations Supervisors to ensure deliverables are met, collaborating with team leads on inventory management, and providing training and development to warehouse associates. The Fulfillment Associate Lead will also be responsible for finding solutions to operational challenges and maintaining a safe work environment. Additional tasks may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working within a fulfillment center
• Must be 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs without restrictions
• Able to stand and walk continuously during the entire length of the shift (8+ hours)
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, tech-oriented, warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations Supervisors to ensure deliverables are being achieved
• Work collaboratively with all team leads to support inventory counts, product moves, and management, and maintain accurate supply and equipment levels
• Communicates in a timely fashion regarding any issues involving inventory, staff, or safety
• Provide ongoing training and development to all warehouse associates
• Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring policies and procedures are followed
• Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as needed by the supervisor or management to support the overall goals and operations of the warehouse.
