The Order Fulfillment Team Lead is responsible for supporting and leading the day-to-day execution of order fulfillment operations. This role helps run the floor, supports daily planning, ensures work is completed to standard, and helps the team meet productivity, quality, safety, and service expectations. The Team Lead is expected to maintain strong hands-on competencies in core fulfillment tasks and will spend approximately one-third of their time performing ground-level work alongside the team. The remaining time will be focused on coordinating workflow, training team members, resolving operational issues, communicating with internal and external partners, supporting marketplace shipping needs, and driving continuous improvement. This position plays a key role in keeping daily operations organized, identifying and removing obstacles, improving processes, and ensuring team members are trained, capable, and aligned with department expectations.
