About The Position

The Part-time Fulfillment Specialist delivers inventory solutions to customer sites along a local route. The role includes making deliveries in a company vehicle, replenishing managed inventory and vending equipment, maintaining equipment, and interacting with customers. The position is based at Fastenal’s branch at 1775 E University Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85034, and offers up to 28 hours per week. Training is provided through on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual learning opportunities.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated licensing program, and meet driving record requirements for use of a company vehicle as needed.
Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrate the company’s core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).
Pass a background check required by a customer or contract serviced by this location.
Pass a sex offender registry check required by a customer or contract serviced by this location.
