About The Position

The Part-time Fulfillment Specialist works from Fastenal’s Fall River, Massachusetts branch and serves customers through a dynamic local route. The role focuses on delivering inventory solutions, replenishing managed inventory programs, and maintaining vending equipment at customer sites. The position requires customer interaction, independent work, and collaboration with the branch team. Fastenal provides on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual training to build the knowledge and skills needed for the role and future growth within the company.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Hold a current, valid driver’s license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated license program, and meet the company’s driving-record requirements for use of a company vehicle.
Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritization abilities.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
Be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and sometimes up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen, where applicable in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
