About The Position

The Part-time Fulfillment Specialist works from Fastenal’s branch at 3201 N 23rd St, Lincoln, Nebraska. The role delivers and replenishes inventory at customer sites, manages the company’s vending program, and maintains vending equipment. It involves following a local route, interacting with customers, and helping ensure branch success. Training includes on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated license program, and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
• Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Have proficient computer skills.
• Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
• Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
• Be able to work independently and in a team environment.

• Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and sometimes up to 75 pounds.
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries in a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
• Replenish and perform general maintenance on vending equipment.
