Fulfillment Specialist (Mon-Fri 4pm-9:00pm)
About The Position
ABB Optical Group is hiring an entry-level Fulfillment Specialist for its Hebron, Kentucky Distribution Center. This is a part-time, direct-hire warehouse associate position scheduled Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., paying $17.00 per hour. New associates typically begin in picking or packing based on operational needs. The role involves structured, repetitive work in a performance-driven environment, with a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy, steady productivity, accountability, and teamwork. Candidates are encouraged to seek long-term stability and growth through the company’s structured career pathways program. Advancement opportunities may begin as early as 90 days, and high performers may be eligible for incentives.

Responsibilities
- Pick and pack contact lens orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high accuracy while working at a steady, disciplined pace.
- Inspect and verify orders while meeting strict quality standards.
