About The Position
The Fulfillment Specialist supports daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, returns processing, and product refurbishment. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and comfort working in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Requirements
- Experience with WMS/IMS systems and ShipStation
- Knowledge of e commerce fulfillment and returns workflows
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
- Experience in high volume operations or product assembly/refurbishment
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification
- bilingual English/Spanish
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage high volume orders for daily carrier pickup
- Print shipping labels in ShipStation and coordinate outbound shipments
- Process customer returns in the CRM and Inventory Management System
- Refurbish, disassemble, and reassemble products as needed
- Maintain an organized workspace following 5S standards
