About The Position
The Fulfillment Specialist will manage incoming wholesale orders and shipping logistics for all Cannabis products. This role reports to the Post Production Manager and involves close coordination with sales, post-production, and retail teams. Responsibilities include order fulfillment, inventory tracking, adherence to regulations, delivery coordination, and administrative tasks related to order processing and payments.

- Experience with Google or Microsoft office suite

- Inventory Management Experience 1 year+

Responsibilities
- Fulfills orders created by the sales team
- Tracks Cannabis product inventory regularly
- Follows Marijuana Enforcement Division guidelines
- Works with post production supervisors and managers to anticipate and coordinate wholesale needs
- Communicates with the 14er retail team and prepares and delivers orders for them
- Coordinates and schedules deliveries of Cannabis products
- Prioritizes orders based on delivery date
- Makes Deliveries as needed
- Prints waybills from Cannabis Transport Service (CTS) or other Transport service as needed
- Prints orders from LeafLink
- Updates LeafLink status
- Tracks return payments in LeafLink
- Updates shipping dates as needed
- Creates METRC tags
- Manifests orders
- Maintains 14er internal inventory tracking documents
- Maintains wholesale fulfillment log
- Maintains incoming payments log
- Receives and files signed manifests
- Signs return waybills
- Receives, counts cash, checks, and transfers cash and checks to the store or Director of Sales
- Creates sample packs for customers
- Fills downtime as directed by the Director of Sales, including sales calls, sample packs, printer maintenance, cannabis inventory organization, and METRC organization
