About The Position

Tommy’s is looking for a Project Fulfillment Specialist for our Tommy Car Wash Systems Warehouse in Holland, MI. You will aide in the pulling and shipping of equipment orders. Attention to detail is a top priority to ensure orders are correctly pulled, in a timely manner, and to be shipped out accurately. Job duties range from picking, packing, quality control, shipping of product, loading of trucks and general warehouse assignments.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years’ of Fulfillment, Warehouse, Material Handling, or other related experience
  • Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience within database systems a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Process-oriented and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and across various departments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to exercise good judgment and make sound data-backed decisions
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
  • Views customer care as high priority; exhibits a positive can-do attitude

  • Work with heavy and technical equipment, lift 50 - 70 lbs, go up heights on ladder
  • Tolerate vibrating tools and louder than normal work environment at times
  • Frequently stand and walk for the majority of each shift
  • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Receiving project orders, verifying accuracy of requested product
  • Pulling equipment orders within the warehouse
  • Measuring boxes for dimensions and weights
  • Preparing pallets of freight to be shipped, including wrapping, securing with appropriate tie’s, straps, or other necessary items for safe transport
  • Preparing and staging LTL freight, Full truckload, as well as some international freight for shipment
  • Assist with warehouse activities as assigned
  • Operating sit-down and stand-up hi-los
  • Setting fulfillment team up for success with proper documentation and photos
  • Complete general housekeeping and production duties as assigned
