About The Position

This position is located within the packaging department and reports to the Packaging Supervisor. The Pack-Line packer will manipulate product from packaging bins to a customer ready state.

Responsibilities

• Packaging assignments will be received from the packaging coordinator for each item packed throughout the shift.
• Know and understand the FGPS functions, including production order completion, and scanning capabilities for packers.
• Responsible for monitoring and recording production output daily and maintaining a productivity level as required by the production standard.
• Promote safe work behavior and strong housekeeping habits and methods within the packaging department and through-out the NIBCO Greensboro facility.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
