About The Position

This role supports the Fulfillment team by picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery, with a specialization in advanced Fulfillment team responsibilities. The position also involves supporting Production and Delivery Teams as needed. The work environment is a warehouse where conditions can be hot, dusty, and there is continuous industrial noise. This job requires standing on concrete, bending, walking, and lifting on a continuous basis throughout the day. The role involves pushing a wheeled cart with up to 100 pounds and a pallet jack with up to 400 pounds, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Repetitive tasks and the use of cleaning products of medium toxicity are also part of the job.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Picking and packing orders for shipping via UPS, USPS Priority Mail, Couriers, and Distribution.
Preparing boxes and printing labels for daily pick-ups.
Entering data into ERP and troubleshooting as needed.
Completing Distribution Center order fulfillment.
Assisting with preparing orders for customer or courier pick-ups.
Maintaining forklift certification.
Maintaining awareness of team KPIs, supporting data gathering and tracking, and ensuring work aligns with KPIs and team objectives.
Prioritizing Delivery Sales Orders to print per route and packing Delivery Team orders.
Maintaining knowledge of Production & Delivery processes and equipment for support readiness.
Acting as back-up for Receiving duties.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area while abiding by health and safety regulations.
Attending applicable safety training.
