Requirements

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and initiate reordering as necessary to prevent stock-outs.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packaging and address any issues proactively.
• Monitor and update order status in the system and resolve any order-related inquiries or issues.
• Collaborate with other teams such as customer service, warehouse, and procurement to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any operational challenges.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance order fulfillment operations, streamline processes, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations related to order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
