About The Position

The Fulfillment Operator receives, ships, and/or manages inventory of HALO products under the supervision of the Team Lead and Manager. This is a first-shift position at HALO’s Silicon Valley, California Fulfillment Center, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and able to read and speak English for safety purposes.
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of receiving experience.
Motivated by a deadline-oriented work environment.
Able to work overtime when required.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Able to push and pull up to 200 pounds with assistance of rolling carts.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Basic Microsoft Outlook skills preferred.
Smartsheet experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Sort and stock items in designated warehouse locations, keeping inventory labeled and organized.
Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Record received items in the inventory management system.
Answer questions about inventory, shipping, freight, and supplies.
Check and respond to company emails.
Work on fulfillment and kitting projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead and/or Supervisor.
