About The Position

The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for leading and managing fulfillment operations, specifically within Small Pack and Distribution teams. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing and shipment of customer orders, maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency throughout the fulfillment lifecycle.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in leading teams in industrial environments, with a strong preference for a background in customized manufacturing solutions.
  • Must be able to work in hot and cold climates
  • Varying work schedules based on business need are sometimes required
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard
  • Ability to read a variety of materials
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to carry and lift materials up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Small Pack and Distribution teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped accurately and on time.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance fulfillment speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Monitor fulfillment workflow and order processing systems to ensure service-level expectations are met.
  • Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and performance of all fulfillment employees, including full-time and temporary team members.
  • Create, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to fulfillment operations.
  • Ensure team adherence to company safety practices and cleanliness standards in fulfillment work areas.
  • Partner cross-functionally with the rest of the Operations and Customer Success teams to align fulfillment priorities.
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting on order volumes, team performance, and fulfillment metrics.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may cause delays in order fulfillment.
  • May perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
