About The Position

As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll play a critical role in our daily shipping operations. You'll be responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, verifying order accuracy, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring every package meets our quality standards before it leaves the warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in fulfillment, shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or a related environment preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping software, warehouse management systems, or inventory management tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily shipping deadlines.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to collaborate with teammates.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company training and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, seal, and label customer orders using appropriate packing materials.
• Prepare shipments and shipping documentation for carrier pickup.
• Verify order accuracy and inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Apply shipping labels and ensure packages are prepared securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory tracking and stock organization.
• Help identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged products.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe packing stations and warehouse work areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and established fulfillment processes.
• Support additional warehouse and fulfillment projects as business needs evolve.
