About The Position

PrePass is North America's most trusted weigh station bypass and toll management platform, transforming how the transportation industry operates by creating solutions that keep trucks moving safely, efficiently, and compliantly. This role is for a Fulfillment Associate at our fulfillment location in Salt Lake City, Utah, reporting to the Fulfillment Supervisor. The position involves performing a combination of manual and automated tasks, including answering questions, inputting accurate shipping, receiving, or returns information on customer accounts, and performing general warehouse duties, including warehouse preparation and cleanup.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to push utility carts weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts.
• Proficiency in using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items.
• Ability to navigate stairs as needed.
• Adherence to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with assembly and data entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform various functions in the warehouse with a focus on kitting devices, involving repetitive hand motions.
• Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment.
• Achieve or exceed established benchmarks.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store inventory.
• Load boxes into trucks for delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Operate pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Participate in cross-training to support various warehouse functions.
