Responsibilities

Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets for picking, packing, and shipping — efficiency without sacrificing quality is the standard.
Pick orders to customer specifications and review them for accuracy and quality before packaging.
Pack orders so they reach our customers in excellent condition, and ship with a focus on accuracy and cost savings.
Communicate daily with internal and external personnel regarding pending shipments and inventory levels, and report any damaged or missing product to management immediately.
Assist in replenishment and restocking of the pick lane, and take weekly inventory of processing supplies (boxes, labels, mailers, etc.).
Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Pitch in on other duties as assigned — we win as a team.
