Position Description: We are seeking a Fulfillment Associate to work at our fulfillment location in Salt Lake City, Utah. The successful candidate for this position will report to the Fulfillment Supervisor. You will be responsible for performing a combination of manual and automated tasks. You will answer questions, input accurate shipping, receiving or returns information on customer accounts and perform general warehouse duties and warehouse prep and cleanup.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Experience with assembly and data entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various functions in the warehouse with a focus on kitting devices, involving repetitive hand motions.
  • Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment.
  • Achieve or exceed established benchmarks.
  • Receive, inspect, and properly store inventory.
  • Load boxes into trucks for delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards.
  • Operate pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in cross-training to support various warehouse functions.
