About The Position
Global Agility Solutions is currently hiring to join our stellar Fulfillment team to enable customer satisfaction and a positive service experience. Fulfillment will be responsible for daily order fulfillment and problem resolution. Has an on-going knowledge of policies/guidelines. Is flexible and can adjust to other duties based on business needs.
Requirements
- Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, highly organized
- Strong data entry and computer skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of packed orders in accordance with established guidelines
- Performs a variety of duties in support of product packing, labeling and other duties as assigned
- Maintain order/shipping confirmations
- Has overall knowledge of company/client guidelines for order fulfillment
- Reaches or exceeds daily quotas for number of orders shipped
- Assists with mail sorting and batching of incoming and outgoing mail
- Writes and receives correspondence via fax, mail, and email
- Performs data entry
- Records individual completed daily work statistics
