About The Position

The Manager, Global Solutions Marketing is responsible for shaping how Fluence solutions are positioned and taken to market globally. This role will focus on defining clear, customer-centric value propositions, messaging, sales enablement, and content, as well as supporting global go-to-market efforts. You own the “what” and “why” of solution messaging, ensuring Fluence offerings are articulated in a way that aligns to customer needs, supports sales enablement, and scales across geographies. You operate across solution enablers, including software, services, and commercial offerings, to drive cohesive narratives and maintain clear, consistent, and outcome-oriented discipline in how solutions are represented externally. This role sits in the Global Marketing organization and entails high visibility, strategic influence, and cross functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • A strong point of view on how to articulate value at the solution level, grounded in customer needs, business outcomes and translation of complex concepts
  • The ability to synthesize input across subject matter teams into clear, cohesive external messaging
  • Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to drive work end to end and proactively identify gaps and opportunities
  • Sound judgment in navigating ambiguity and evolving scope while maintaining clarity and consistency
  • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or portfolio marketing, preferably in B2B or technology-driven industries
  • Experience developing positioning and messaging for complex offerings
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively across matrixed, global organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout your employment, without the need for employer sponsorship.

  • Experience supporting global sales teams or regional go to market efforts
  • Familiarity with marketing software-enabled, service-oriented, or platform-based offerings
  • Background in energy, infrastructure, technology, or industrial markets

Responsibilities

  • Own solution-level positioning, value propositions, and messaging aligned to customer needs and business outcomes
  • Support global go-to-market strategy, narratives, and materials for solution offerings, including launches, updates, and commercial changes
  • Create and manage sales enablement materials such as value propositions, presentations, and solution overviews
  • Partner with Product, Customer Experience, Services, Software, and Commercial teams to ensure messaging reflect current capabilities and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Core Market Marketing teams to support localization and field execution and with ABX teams to support campaign execution
  • Contribute to portfolio level messaging frameworks and ensure alignment across products and solutions
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from Sales, customers, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve solution messaging
