Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Santa Maria Town Center
About The Position
The Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, supports store operations, maintains inventory accuracy, and helps ensure a smooth customer experience. The role includes receiving and organizing merchandise, picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage, and delivering orders curbside. The associate monitors alerts to help ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time and helps keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. Colleagues may receive merchandise, tag items, organize the stockroom, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. They provide helpful customer interactions, share Loyalty program benefits, complete orders, and organize the stockroom to prepare for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage and deliver them curbside.
- Monitor alerts to help ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are completed on time.
- Support inventory accuracy and efficient store operations.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, complete customer orders, and thank customers.
- Organize the stockroom and complete orders to prepare the team for the next day.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support customers and store results.
