Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Towson Town Center
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; and monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time. You also help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role includes greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering curbside orders with care. Colleagues maintain a shoppable space by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and help prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve customer orders from back-of-house storage.
- Monitor alerts and complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders on time.
- Deliver orders curbside and interact with customers in a helpful, welcoming manner.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and resolve issues.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help customers complete their purchases.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support store operations and customer service.
