About The Position

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise, picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage, and delivering orders curbside. You monitor alerts to help complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. They share loyalty program benefits, thank customers, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and help prepare the team for the next day.
