About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor operating efficiently. The role also includes greeting customers, resolving issues, and providing attentive service during curbside deliveries and other customer interactions. You will support daily store readiness by tagging and organizing merchandise, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and assisting with merchandise moves. You will complete orders and organize the stockroom to prepare the team for the next day. The position emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, operational excellence, and working toward sales and store goals. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.

- Maintain inventory accuracy and support efficient store operations.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have what they need.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day to prepare the team for the next day.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and store results.
