About The Position

AGRILAND FS is hiring a dependable Fuel Truck Driver to support operations at a data center construction site near Lebanon, Indiana. The role delivers fuel to generators, construction equipment, and on-site fuel tanks to keep daily operations running smoothly. The position is a night shift, with work typically scheduled 6–7 days per week and long shifts of 10–12 hours per day. Drivers are home daily. Duties are performed outdoors in varying weather conditions. The company offers compensation based on driving experience and CDL qualifications, including applicable endorsements. Requirements

Current Class B CDL required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to showing up ready to work.
Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and other changing weather conditions.
Basic mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle routine calculations and solve problems.

Nice To Haves

Hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate a fuel delivery truck to transport and dispense petroleum products safely and accurately.
Provide fuel to generators, heavy equipment, and storage tanks throughout the construction site.
Track fuel deliveries, maintain inventory records, and complete required paperwork.
Communicate professionally with customers and site personnel to ensure timely service.
Follow established safety procedures, company policies, and applicable DOT requirements.
Perform duties outdoors in a variety of working conditions.
