About The Position

AGRILAND FS is hiring a dependable Fuel Truck Driver to support operations at a data center construction site near Lebanon, Indiana. The role delivers fuel to generators, construction equipment, and on-site fuel tanks to keep daily operations running smoothly. It involves local routes, with employees home daily, and work outdoors in changing conditions. The position is described as a night shift and requires working 6–7 days per week, with overtime and shifts typically lasting 10–12 hours per day.

Requirements

• Current Class B CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to showing up ready to work.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and other changing weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle routine calculations and solve problems.

Nice To Haves

• Hazmat and tanker endorsements are preferred; AGRILAND FS may assist qualified candidates in obtaining required endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a fuel delivery truck to transport and dispense petroleum products safely and accurately.
• Provide fuel to generators, heavy equipment, and storage tanks throughout the construction site.
• Track fuel deliveries, maintain inventory records, and complete required paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with customers and site personnel to ensure timely service.
• Follow established safety procedures, company policies, and applicable DOT requirements.
• Perform duties outdoors in a variety of working conditions.
