About The Position

This position is responsible for completing assigned duties efficiently and operating a vehicle safely. Drivers deliver petroleum products to company-owned sites and customers. The role includes loading and unloading petroleum products, maintaining the truck and equipment, completing required paperwork, and coordinating with dispatchers. Overtime opportunities are available, with drivers returning home every day.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean MVR.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• TWIC card.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment DOT-regulated drug screen.
• Meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical and medical requirements.
• Subject to quarterly random drug screens under FMCSA/DOT regulations.
• Excellent customer service demeanor.
• Must be available to work weekends, if necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Prior fuel truck driver experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with petroleum products in accordance with company and governmental regulations.
• Operate trucks safely in accordance with company policies and state and federal laws.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform required safety inspections on trucks, equipment, and/or facilities.
• Check oil, water, fuel, tires, and tank-related items daily.
• Complete and transmit paperwork in accordance with established company procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers daily.
• Deliver petroleum products to company-owned sites and customers.
