About The Position

This position is responsible for efficiently completing assigned duties and operating a vehicle to deliver petroleum products to company-owned sites and customers. Drivers load and unload petroleum products while following Company and governmental regulations, safely operate trucks in accordance with Company policies and state and federal laws, and complete required vehicle and equipment upkeep and inspections. They also complete and transmit paperwork according to Company procedures and communicate and coordinate with dispatchers daily.

The position offers overtime opportunities while allowing drivers to get home every day. Compensation is based on experience and geographic location. Employees may qualify for quarterly safety bonuses and monthly bonuses based on gallons delivered after 120 days of employment.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean MVR.
• Required Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Required TWIC card.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment DOT-regulated drug screen.
• Meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical and medical requirements.
• Subject to quarterly random drug screens under FMCSA/DOT regulations.
• Excellent customer service demeanor.

• Prior fuel truck driver experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with petroleum products in compliance with Company and governmental regulations.
• Safely operate trucks according to Company policies and state and federal laws.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform required safety inspections on trucks, equipment, and/or facilities.
• Check oil, water, fuel, tires, and tank-related items daily.
• Complete and transmit paperwork in compliance with Company procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers daily.
• Be available to work weekends if necessary.
