About The Position

As a Fuel Station Attendant, you help keep the station operating smoothly and provide customers with a positive experience. You serve as a point of contact for customers fueling up or making quick purchases, process transactions, and answer questions in an efficient and friendly manner. You also keep the station clean, stocked, and ready for customers by completing safety checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas. The work includes customer interaction, deliveries, and daily upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and payment systems.
• Basic math skills for transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs., and working outdoors.
• Clear and friendly communication, attention to detail, organization, time management, safety awareness, inventory awareness, and adaptability.

• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Process purchases using cash registers and payment systems, handling payments accurately.
• Complete safety checks and follow fuel-handling, equipment, and site-safety procedures.
• Restock merchandise and supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor station areas, including restrooms and fueling spaces.
• Follow company policies, audits, and daily station procedures.
• Work varied tasks as customer flow and station needs change.
