About The Position

As a Fuel Station Attendant, you help keep the station running smoothly and provide customers with a positive experience. You serve as a point of contact for customers fueling up or making quick purchases, process transactions, and answer questions in a friendly and efficient manner.

You also maintain a clean, stocked, and operational station by completing safety checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas. The role includes customer interaction, deliveries, and daily upkeep in a fast-paced environment. Physical work involves standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 35 pounds, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate cash registers and payment systems.
• Basic math skills for transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Process purchases and handle payments using cash registers and payment systems.
• Complete safety checks and follow fuel-handling, equipment-check, and site-safety procedures.
• Restock merchandise and supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor station areas, including restrooms and fueling spaces.
• Manage station tasks and monitor activity throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies, audits, sanitation requirements, dress standards, and daily station procedures.
• Handle deliveries and other varying tasks as needed.
