About The Position

As a Fuel Station Attendant, you help keep the station running smoothly and create a positive customer experience. You serve as a point of contact for customers fueling up or making quick purchases, handle transactions, and answer questions in a friendly and efficient manner.

You keep the station clean, stocked, and operational by completing safety checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas. The role includes customer service, deliveries, and daily upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and payment systems.
• Basic math skills for transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

• Prior customer service or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Process customer purchases and handle payments accurately using cash registers and payment systems.
• Complete safety checks and follow fuel-handling, equipment, and site-safety procedures.
• Restock merchandise and supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Keep indoor and outdoor station areas clean, including restrooms and fueling spaces.
• Manage daily station tasks, monitor activity, and follow company policies, audits, and procedures.
• Handle deliveries and varying tasks as station activity changes.
