About The Position

The Fuel Sales Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure a steady stream of consistent orders and maximum sales of Rolfson Oil’s products and services. This role involves visiting customer sites to generate orders, maintain and develop relationships, and grow sales of existing and new product lines. The Account Manager will work to expand existing customer account volumes, collaborate closely with their supervisor, and track sales activity using trending reports. Prioritizing daily customer office and site visits based on sales activity and ordering patterns is key. The position requires protecting company and customer information by using discretion and keeping information confidential, growing market share, and enhancing company reputation. A crucial part of the role is understanding and communicating customer requirements for billing to ensure timely payment and resolving unpaid invoices. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or business development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
