The Fuel Sales Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure a steady stream of consistent orders and maximum sales of Rolfson Oil’s products and services. This role involves visiting customer sites to generate orders, maintain and develop relationships, and grow sales of existing and new product lines. The Account Manager will work to expand existing customer account volumes, collaborate closely with their supervisor, and track sales activity using trending reports. They will prioritize daily customer office and site visits based on sales activity and ordering patterns, protect company and customer information by using discretion and keeping it confidential, and grow market share while enhancing company reputation. A key responsibility is understanding and communicating customer billing requirements to the finance team and resolving unpaid invoices. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
