About The Position

Assist customers and manage the cash register while maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, complete incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. The role requires working cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, handling conflict reasonably and cooperatively, protecting customer and business information, following directions, and seeking assistance when needed. Provide direct support and assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.

Responsibilities

Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver and encourage excellent customer service.
Pump gas.
Complete daily tours and inspections.
Fill out incident and security reports.
Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Reports.
Recover displays and maintain department cleanliness.
Perform cashier functions.
Answer telephones.
Comply with corporate policies and safety guidelines and standards.
Promote and follow company initiatives.
Maintain knowledge of emergency plans, numbers, and procedures.
Work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner.
