About The Position

The Frozen Food/Dairy Manager is responsible for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining adequate levels of quality products in clean, organized dairy and frozen food sections, in compliance with Company policy and guest expectations. The position also supports a friendly store environment, promotes Company programs, and maintains department cleanliness and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality guest service by creating a friendly environment, making eye contact, greeting guests, offering assistance, demonstrating product knowledge, and thanking guests for shopping at the Pig.
• Maintain awareness of and promote promotions, advertisements, and Company programs.
• Keep the department clean by sweeping and cleaning store floors, cleaning spills, and keeping frozen food areas and coolers clean and organized.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of fresh, quality products in the frozen food and dairy sections.
• Unload, transport, and stock inventory to maintain appropriate product levels and minimize shrink.
• Use the phone and public address system professionally.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
