About The Position

We are looking for a talented Frozen Food / Dairy Manager who is responsible for outstanding guest service and maintaining adequate levels of quality products and a clean, organized dairy and frozen food section in compliance with Company policy and Guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and encourage co-workers to provide quality service by providing a friendly environment, initiating eye contact and greeting guests, asking if they are finding everything or how you can help them, having a solid product knowledge, and thanking them for shopping at the Pig.
• Maintain an awareness of and promote all promotions, advertisements, and Company programs.
• Maintain the Department Atmosphere by sweeping and cleaning store floors, cleaning spills, and keeping Frozen Food/coolers clean and organized.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of fresh, quality products in the frozen food and dairy sections.
• Unload, transport, and stock inventories to maintain appropriate product levels and minimize shrink.
• Maintain professionalism through phone calls and PA system usage.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the store manager.
