About The Position

The Frozen Food Clerk is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role includes a variety of retail tasks related to product handling, customer service, and merchandising, while helping maintain a welcoming and well-run store experience. Clerks build positive connections with customers and teammates, help customers find products, maintain appealing displays, stock and rotate merchandise, use job-specific technology, and follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. The role may involve working across Fresh departments and Grocery, as well as supporting other tasks as needed. Previous retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.
