About The Position

This role is responsible for facilitating communication between production, sales, and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain. The coordinator will manage transportation providers, respond to customer inquiries, review shipping documents, and handle special shipping arrangements. They will also track and resolve shipping errors, prepare bills and invoices, manage distribution budgets, ensure service quality, and develop processes to improve supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Administrative experience.
Microsoft Office, with the ability to generate spreadsheets in Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, problem solve, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Must be reliable, responsible, dependable, and able to fulfill obligations.
Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with little to no supervision.
Must be professional at all times, even in high-stress situations.
