About The Position

As a Frontline Intake Specialist at Job Duck, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals reaching out during emotionally sensitive and often time-critical moments. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as an Intake Specialist or in customer service roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Empathetic and composed communicator able to engage with individuals during stressful moments
  • Highly organized with consistent follow-through and accountability
  • Adaptable and able to think on your feet while staying within defined workflows
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Ethical and boundary-aware in all client interactions
  • Comfortable handling frequent interruptions and shifting priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with VOIP tools like RingCentral, DialPad, and others is ideal

Responsibilities

  • Support two to three assigned administrative workflows during non-call time
  • Accurately log all communications and activities within the CRM
  • Maintain timely and consistent follow-up on all inquiries to ensure no opportunities are missed
  • Convert qualified inquiries into scheduled consultations without a sales-driven approach
  • Guide prospective clients through available services and assist with booking consultations
  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and digital inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Contribute to overall operational efficiency by reducing workload for other team members
