Implement the agent-facing UI for the call center copilot and, in later phases, the customer-facing surfaces. Built in React per build once, deploy to web and mobile, maybe react— aligned with the new omnichannel strategy is envisioned. Integrate with Adobe AEM where relevant (AEM currently powers web front door). Implement chat / streaming UX patterns for agent interaction, including citation rendering and confidence indicators. Use GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding (vibe coding).
