About The Position

This role focuses on designing end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile products, translating complex ideas into intuitive interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The designer will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, conducting user research and usability testing, and contributing to the design system. The position requires advocating for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints, and iterating quickly based on feedback and priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and problem-solving process
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma (or similar)
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and interaction design
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in SaaS or startup environments
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Experience building or contributing to design systems
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform design

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile products—from discovery through delivery
• Translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive, and elegant user flows and interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high quality
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across the product
• Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints
• Iterate quickly based on data, feedback, and product priorities
