About The Position

The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to sell parts to TLG customers. The position requires a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable approach to ensure proper service for all customers. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Experience in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer Parts Department phone calls.
• Place parts orders as needed.
• Check in freight and stock shelves as needed.
• Stay up to date on available training, particularly product knowledge and customer service.
• Work with Outside Sales employees on questions and orders.
• Keep parts shelves clean and organized.
• Keep Parts Department shelves properly stocked.
• Receive payment on all cash tickets.
• Support the Back Parts Counter when customer volume requires it or when an employee is absent.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
