About The Position
The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to sell parts to TLG customers. The role requires professionalism, courtesy, and product knowledge to provide proper service to all customers. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Experience in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Answer Parts Department phone calls.
- Place parts orders as needed.
- Check in freight and stock shelves as needed.
- Stay up to date on available training, particularly product knowledge and customer service.
- Work with Outside Sales employees on questions and orders.
- Keep parts shelves clean and organized.
- Keep Parts Department shelves properly stocked.
- Receive payment on all cash tickets.
- Support the Back Parts Counter when customer volume requires it or when an employee is absent.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
