The Front Office Team Lead serves as a trusted peer leader and operational support resource for Front Office Coordinators and Clinicians across one or more offices. This role performs the role of Front Office Coordinator and also supports peers with real-time guidance, reinforces standard processes, and helps ensure consistency, efficiency, and a positive patient and team experience at the front office level. The Lead, FOC supports day-to-day operations by monitoring workflow execution, assisting with onboarding and informal training, and serving as a point of escalation for front office questions and issues. This role partners closely with Operations leadership to identify process gaps, support new initiatives, and promote best practices, while remaining actively engaged in front office workflows. Perform the full range of FOC duties, including front desk operations, patient check-in, scheduling, and phone coverage, while serving as a peer lead. This role is ideal for someone passionate about serving university students, faculty, and staff in an outpatient setting and supporting our College Health Program. This role is full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) onsite in our Santa Cruz office.
