Requirements

Experience in a dental or healthcare front office role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Leadership potential and willingness to take initiative

Responsibilities

Help oversee daily front office flow and patient experience
Support scheduling, patient communication, and administrative operations
Assist with treatment coordination and financial discussions
Help maintain accountability and organization within the front office team
Support patients throughout their treatment journey
Partner with leadership to help improve office efficiency and operations
Serve as a positive and professional presence for both patients and team members
