Moreau Physical Therapy is seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Full Time Front Office Team Lead. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer-centric approach, handling tasks such as warmly greeting patients, skillfully managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and tracking attendance. Your attention to detail will be showcased as you expertly handle tasks such as collecting co-pays and co-insurances, faxing, scanning documents, and tackling other essential clerical duties.
